09:55 AM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings' ( NCLH ) NCL Corp. unit said Tuesday it intends to offer $315 million of senior notes due 2030 via a private offering.

NCL expects to use the net proceeds, including cash on hand, to redeem its $315 million total principal amount of 3.625% senior notes due 2024, the company said.
