07:44 AM EST, 01/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nouveau Monde Graphite ( NMG ) said Friday that it has paid accrued interests owed to Investissement Quebec for the fourth quarter of 2025 under an unsecured convertible note.

The note was amended and restated in October 2025 and was issued in connection with the private placement announced in November 2022.

Nouveau Monde said it is issuing 131,659 common shares priced at US$2.44 apiece, representing an aggregate amount of US$321,248.

Nouveau Monde is developing the an integrated ore-to-processed-graphite facility in Quebec.
