Nova Completes $60 Million Acquisition of Sentronics Metrology

08:28 AM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nova (NVMI) said Monday that it has completed the acquisition of Sentronics Metrology, a provider of wafer metrology tools for semiconductor fabrication, for $60 million in cash.

Nova said it expects the deal to be accretive on a non-GAAP net earnings basis within 12 months of closing.
