06:01 PM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nova Minerals ( NVA ) said late Wednesday it will undertake a 5-for-1 forward split of its American Depositary Shares.

The forward split adjusts the ADS ratio from 1 ADS per 60 ordinary shares to 1 ADS per 12 ordinary shares, raising the number of ADSs outstanding while leaving the total ordinary shares unchanged, the company said.

ADR holders will receive four additional ADSs per ADS held, with trading under the new ratio expected to begin on Oct. 29, it added.

Shares of Nova Minerals ( NVA ) were up 4% in after-hours trading.
