Nova Minerals Appoints Richard Beazley as Independent Non-Executive Chair

12:01 PM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nova Minerals ( NVA ) said Monday it has appointed Richard Beazley as an independent non-executive chair.

The move follows the company's successful completion of its Nasdaq listing, the company said.

Beazley, who is a mining engineer, has more than 35 years of experience in senior corporate, operational and project development roles.
