03:49 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nova (NVMI) said early Wednesday it priced $650 million of 0% convertible senior notes due 2030 in a private offering, upsizing it from $500 million.

The company said it granted initial purchasers a 13-day option to purchase up to an additional $100 million of the notes.

The sale is expected to settle on Friday.

Shares of the company rose 1.3% in premarket activity.
