Nova Promotes Guy Kizner to CFO; Reiterates Q1 Guidance

05:31 PM EDT, 04/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nova (NVMI) said Monday it has promoted Guy Kizner to chief financial officer, effective July 1, succeeding Dror David, who will retire.

David will remain with the company to facilitate a smooth transition until July 1, the company said.

Nova said it reiterated its Q1 guidance.
