09:01 AM EST, 11/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nova (NVMI) said Wednesday it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Sentronics Metrology for about $60 million in cash.

The transaction is expected to close in Q1, Nova said.

Nova said acquiring Sentronics, a supplier of wafer metrology tools for backend semiconductor fabrication, will expand its offerings in dimensional metrology.

Nova also expects the deal to be accretive on a non-GAAP net earnings basis within a year of closing.
