Novanta Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q1, 2025 Guidance Set

07:22 AM EST, 02/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Novanta ( NOVT ) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.76 per diluted share, compared with $0.63 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.71 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $238.1 million compared with $211.6 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $240.3 million.

The company said it expects Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.63 to $0.71. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.78. The company expects revenue for the quarter of $232 million to $236 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $244.9 million.

The company said it expects 2025 adjusted EPS of $3.35 to $3.55. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.79 per share. The company expects full-year revenue of about $1 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.04 billion.
