Novo Nordisk CEO Reportedly Flags 'Short-Term Impact' From Trump Tariffs

11:12 AM EST, 03/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Novo Nordisk A/S ( NVO ) Chief Executive Lars Fruergaard Jorgensen said the company will feel the impact of President Donald Trump's threatened tariffs despite its investments in the US, according to media reports.

"We still have products moving across borders like most global companies," the CEO reportedly said. "Of course there'll be some short-term impact as we mitigate the impact of tariffs."

Novo Nordisk ( NVO ) did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
