Oct 6, 2025 2:43 PM

05:23 PM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NowVertical Group ( NOWVF ) , an artificial intelligence company, after trade Monday, announced the full repayment of its convertible debentures, which matured on Sunday.

The debentures, originally issued on Oct. 5, 2022, were repaid in full with a payment of $5.07 million to the registered holder, the company said, adding it used funds from its existing senior secured credit facility, established with NowVertical UK, affiliated entities, and HSBC UK Bank, to complete the repayment.

NowVertical ( NOWVF ) said that clearing this debt represents a key financial milestone. "This step eliminates the potential dilution associated with the debentures, strengthens our balance sheet, and demonstrates our disciplined approach to capital management."
