09:55 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NPK International ( NPKI ) said Monday it has acquired UK-based Grassform Plant Hire for 35.2 million pounds ($46 million) in cash, with additional potential payments linked to improvements in Grassform's trailing 12-month performance through the end of its fiscal year.

For the 12 months ended Oct. 31, Grassform posted revenue of 15 million pounds and EBITDA of 6 million pounds, NPK said.

NPK International ( NPKI ) shares were 1.7% higher in recent trading.
