05:30 PM EDT, 06/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NRX Pharmaceuticals ( NRXP ) said Thursday it closed its previously announced public offering of common stock, raising gross proceeds of about $22.3 million, including the exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares.

The clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company sold shares at a public offering price of $3.50 each, according to a statement.

NRx said it intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
