08:22 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NRx Pharmaceuticals ( NRXP ) said Thursday its HOPE Therapeutics subsidiary signed a binding letter of intent to purchase a 49% interest in Cohen and Associates, an interventional psychiatry clinic in Florida.

Cohen is targeted to serve as a foundational clinic for HOPE in the Sarasota-Bradenton region of western Florida, NRX said.

Further details regarding the terms of the transaction will be shared once the definitive transaction documents are executed, the company said.
