08:35 AM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NRx Pharmaceuticals' ( NRXP ) Hope Therapeutics unit said Monday it signed a letter of intent to acquire a majority stake in Neurospa TMS Holdings in a cash and equity deal.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Neurospa runs six interventional psychiatry clinics in Florida, Hope said, adding that the takeover will be accretive to its 2025 revenue estimates.

NRx's stock rose 4.3% in recent Monday premarket activity.
