11:40 AM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NRx Pharmaceuticals' ( NRXP ) HOPE Therapeutics unit signed a letter of intent to buy its first interventional psychiatry clinics in Florida for an undisclosed price.

The deal is expected to be accretive immediately to revenue and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, HOPE Therapeutics said Wednesday in a statement.

NRx shares rose 5.5% in recent trading.
