09:21 AM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nucor ( NUE ) said Monday it has acquired Southwest Data Products, which manufactures and installs data center infrastructure, for $115 million.

The company also said it is launching Nucor Data Systems, a business division that will serve clients in the data center infrastructure space.

Southwest Data Products and Nucor Data Systems will provide Nucor's ( NUE ) Warehouse Systems businesses with expanded capabilities, as well as create growth opportunities, the company said.
