02:26 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nukkleus ( NUKK ) shares rose 15% in recent Tuesday trading after the company highlighted that its pending acquisition target, Rimon, stands to benefit "substantially" from Israel's multibillion-dollar Iron Dome expansion.
Last week, Israel's Defense Ministry signed a procurement agreement with Rafael Advanced Defense Systems to accelerate production of Iron Dome interceptors and supporting systems, and Rimon has established strong partnerships with Rafael and other leading defense integrators, Nukkleus ( NUKK ) said Tuesday in a statement.
The contract is primarily funded through an $8.7 billion US defense assistance package, including $5.2 billion specifically allocated for Israel's air-defense systems, Nukkleus ( NUKK ) said.
Through its controlling stake in Star 26 Capital, Nukkleus ( NUKK ) is in the process of acquiring Rimon, which is preparing to scale its operations starting in 2026 to meet growing production requirements.
