07:48 AM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NuScale Power ( SMR ) said Wednesday that it has opened its latest Energy Exploration Center, the largest SMR control room simulator in the US, at George Mason University.

The Arlington, Virginia-based facility includes a 12-module SMR simulator designed to train students in nuclear operations, the company said.

The project was funded by the Virginia Clean Energy Innovation Bank, the company said.
