11:02 AM EST, 11/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NuScale Power ( SMR ) shares were down more than 10% in recent Monday trading after the company announced a $200 million at-the-market equity offering program Friday.

The company may sell up to $200 million of its class A common shares from time to time under the program through various sales agents, including TD Securities (USA), according to a Friday filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
