Nustar Energy to Pay Conditional Special Distribution

05:25 PM EDT, 04/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NuStar Energy ( NS ) said it will pay a special distribution of $0.212 per unit, payable May 2 to shareholders of record April 26.

The special distribution is subject to holders approving its acquisition by Sunoco (SUN) at its special meeting on May 1, it said.
