03:52 PM EST, 11/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nutanix ( NTNX ) said its cloud platform will support Microsoft ( MSFT ) Azure Virtual Desktop for hybrid deployments.

The collaboration allows organizations to run AVD directly on-premises using the Nutanix AHV hypervisor, giving IT teams new flexibility in desktop virtualization deployment.

The hybrid solution supports Microsoft ( MSFT ) 365, Teams, and security services, addressing compliance and data residency requirements in health care, finance, and government, Nutanix ( NTNX ) said Tuesday in a statement.

Nutanix ( NTNX ) shares fell 0.8% in recent Tuesday trading, and Microsoft ( MSFT ) dropped 2.4%.
