07:04 AM EDT, 09/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nutex Health ( NUTX ) said Monday it has named Wesley Bamburg as its chief operating officer, effective Oct. 13.

The appointment comes more than two months after the company said COO Joshua DeTillio was resigning. In a regulatory filing in early July, Nutex said DeTillio was leaving to be chief executive at another firm.

Bamburg was recently chief operating officer for HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress and from 2019 to last year, he was COO at HCA's center in Houston.

Nutex Health ( NUTX ) shares were down close to 2% in recent premarket activity.
