10:47 AM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nutriband ( NTRB ) said Thursday that the company and Kindeva Drug Delivery have formalized their exclusive product development partnership for the Aversa Fentanyl abuse deterrent patch.

The companies have also formalized their long-term commitment based on shared development costs in exchange for milestone payments.

Nutriband's ( NTRB ) Aversa technology can be used to incorporate aversive agents into transdermal patches to prevent the abuse and accidental exposure of drugs with abuse potential, including opioids and stimulants.

The company's shares were up 3.1% in recent trading.
