Nutrien Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Decline; Lifts Quarterly Dividend; Board Approves Share Repurchase Program

05:50 PM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nutrien ( NTR ) reported Q4 adjusted net earnings late Wednesday of $0.31 per diluted share, down from $0.37 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.34.

Sales for the quarter ended Dec. 31 were $5.08 billion, down from $5.66 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $5.10 billion.

The company increased its quarterly dividend to $0.545 per share from $0.54, payable on April 10 to shareholders of record on March 31.

Additionally, Nutrien's ( NTR ) board approved a share repurchase program covering up to 5% of the company's outstanding common shares.
