04:41 PM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nuvalent ( NUVL ) said late Monday it closed a public offering of nearly 5 million class A common shares at $101 apiece for gross proceeds of around $500 million.

The offering comprised the full exercise of an overallotment option by underwriters to buy an additional 742,574 shares from the selling stockholders, the company said.

The company did not receive any proceeds from the sale of additional shares, according to a statement.
