01:19 PM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nuvei ( NVEI ) said Thursday that the Superior Court of Quebec has issued a final order approving its plan of arrangement to be taken private by Neon Maple Purchaser, a firm controlled by Advent International.

Nuvei ( NVEI ) shareholders approved the arrangement deal on Tuesday, the company said, adding key regulatory approvals are still required.

Nuvei ( NVEI ) said it expects to complete the transaction in late 2024 or Q1 of next year.
