Nuvei Secures Final Court Approval For Going-Private Transaction

01:05 PM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nuvei ( NVEI ) said Thursday it secured a final approval from the Superior Court of Quebec (Commercial Division) for the US$6.3-billion going-private transaction with Neon Maple Purchaser, a newly-formed entity controlled by Advent International LP.

This final court approval follows the approval from the company's shareholders on Tuesday.

The arrangement is expected to close in late 2024 or in the first quarter of 2025.
