09:24 AM EDT, 08/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nuvei ( NVEI ) said Monday that it has agreed to acquire Brazil-based payment institution Pay2All Instituicao de Pagamento.

The acquisition will allow Nuvei ( NVEI ) to provide a comprehensive range of payment services in Brazil, including electronic currency issuance, payment acceptance, e-wallet and betting account management, according to Nuvei ( NVEI ).

The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, the company added.

Nuvei ( NVEI ) shares were down 1.2% in recent premarket activity.
