08:45 AM EDT, 06/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nuwellis ( NUWE ) said Friday it has priced a public offering of 20 million shares with accompanying warrants at $0.30 apiece, potentially raising $6 million in gross proceeds.

The company said it simultaneously agreed to transactions with some of its existing holders to amend previously issued stock purchase warrants, reducing their exercise price to $0.30.

Nuwellis ( NUWE ) shares were down 65% in Friday's premarket activity.
