NV Gold Raises Nearly $350,000 in First Round of a Private Placement of Share Units

05:18 PM EDT, 07/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NV Gold ( NVGLF ) after trade Thursday said it completed the first part of a private financing round, raising $349,800 by selling 3,498,000 units at $0.10 each.

Each unit includes a share and a two-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.20.

The funds raised will be used for exploration at NV Gold's ( NVGLF ) Slumber Gold Project and for general working capital purposes, the company said, adding that a second round of fundraising is expected soon, using the same terms.

NV shares last traded Wednesday, closing at $0.14 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
