09:09 AM EDT, 03/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NV5 Global ( NVEE ) said Thursday it has completed its acquisition of Fluhrer Reed, which offers structural engineering and forensics engineering services.

The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to NV5's earnings, the company said. It also strengthens the company's existing structural engineering group and provides additional expert witness resources to support its forensics engineering business.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
