09:15 AM EDT, 07/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NV5 Global ( NVEE ) said Thursday that it has been awarded $10 million from the US Geological Survey to provide geospatial services for resource management.

The award includes a $3 million contract in Western Texas for analyzing current mineral deposits and looking for new occurrences, a $6 million contract in Alaska for lidar collection and processing, and a $1 million contract to combine geospatial elevation data into the 3D hydrography program, the company said.
