08:19 AM EDT, 03/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NV5 Global ( NVEE ) said Wednesday it closed its acquisition of Herman Cx, a provider of commissioning and conformity assessment services for hyperscale data centers.

NV5 said the cash and stock deal will be immediately accretive to its earnings.

Herman Cx supports data center infrastructure for technology and financial services companies and co-location data centers in the US, NV5 said.
