08:59 AM EST, 01/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NV5 Global ( NVEE ) said Tuesday it has named Ben Heraud the company's chief executive officer.

Heraud has been the chief operating officer of NV5's buildings and technology group since 2020, the company said.

NV5 also said that its Founder Dickerson Wright will continue "indefinitely" in his role as executive chair.

The company's shares were up 6% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
