08:38 AM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NV5 Global ( NVEE ) said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Weston Solutions' California Water Resources Group.

Financial details of the acquisition weren't disclosed.

The 20-employee group provides mandated environmental regulation compliance advisory services for ports, waterways, and other acquatic environments to government agencies and municipalities, NV5 said.

The acquisition will be "immediately accretive" to NV5's earnings, the company said.
