07:05 AM EDT, 10/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- nVent Electric ( NVT ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Friday of $0.91 per diluted share, up from $0.63 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.88.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $1.05 billion, up from $782.0 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.01 billion.

For Q4, the firm sees adjusted EPS of $0.87 to $0.89, while analysts are looking for $0.88 a share. The adjusted EPS view for the full year was lifted to $3.31 to $3.33, up from $3.22 to $3.30. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.29.

The reported sales growth outlook was lifted to 27% to 28%, up from 24% to 26%.

Shares of the company were up almost 8% in recent premarket activity.
