nVent Electric's Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; 2025 Adjusted EPS Guidance Increased

07:05 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- nVent Electric ( NVT ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Friday of $0.86 per diluted share, up from $0.67 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.79.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $963.1 million, up from $739.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $908.4 million.

The company expects Q3 adjusted EPS of $0.86 to $0.88. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.85.

For 2025, adjusted EPS is now projected to be between $3.22 and $3.30, up from the prior guidance of between $3.03 and $3.13. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.11.

Shares of the company rose more than 8% in recent premarket activity Friday.
