Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $939.1 million, up from $858.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $937.4 million.

nVent expects Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.58 to $0.60. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $0.86.

The company now expects 2024 adjusted EPS of $2.49 to $2.51, compared with $3.23 to $3.29 previously. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $3.27.
