07:36 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia ( NVDA ) Cloud partner GMI Cloud said Monday it plans to launch a $500 million artificial intelligence factory in Taiwan.

The 16-megawatt factory will be powered by 7,000 Nvidia Blackwell Ultra GPUs across 96 high-density GB300 NVL72 racks, according to GMI.

GMI said it expects the facility, designed for large-scale AI inference, fine-tuning and multi-modal workloads, to be able to process about two million tokens per second.
