Nvidia Details Drive Hyperion Platform Adoption for Level 4 Vehicles

05:42 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia ( NVDA ) said late Monday that automakers such as China's BYD, Geely, Isuzu and Nissan are building level 4-ready vehicles on its Drive Hyperion platform.

Mobility providers including Lyft ( LYFT ) are scaling global robotaxi development using the platform.

The chipmaking giant said it's collaborating with Amazon ( AMZN ) to advance Alexa Custom Assistant with multimodal edge AI capabilities on its Drive AGX accelerated compute.
