04:15 AM EDT, 10/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia ( NVDA ) said Friday it has expanded its partnerships with Hyundai Motor Group, SK Group, and Samsung Electronics to build advanced AI factories in South Korea powered by its Blackwell GPUs.
The company said it will co-develop artificial intelligence for autonomous vehicles, robotics, and smart factories with Hyundai, deploying 50,000 GPUs and investing about $3 billion to support South Korea's national AI initiatives.
Hyundai will also use NVIDIA's ( NVDA ) Omniverse and Isaac Sim platforms to create digital twins of factories and test autonomous driving systems, it added.
SK Group plans to build an AI factory equipped with more than 50,000 NVIDIA GPUs by 2027 to enhance semiconductor R&D and industrial AI, the company said.
SK hynix and SK Telecom will leverage NVIDIA's ( NVDA ) technologies to accelerate chip design, create fab digital twins, and develop AI models to improve productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
NVIDIA ( NVDA ) and Samsung will jointly develop an AI-powered semiconductor factory integrating NVIDIA's ( NVDA ) accelerated computing and Samsung's chip manufacturing expertise, the company said.
The collaboration will use NVIDIA's ( NVDA ) CUDA-X, Omniverse, and cuLitho platforms to speed up design, production, and automation-setting a new benchmark for AI-driven manufacturing, the company added.
