10:41 AM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia ( NVDA ) said Tuesday it formed a strategic partnership with Humain, a new subsidiary of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, to build AI factories in the country over a five-year period with a projected capacity of up to 500 megawatts.

The chipmaker said the AI factories will be powered by several hundred thousand NVIDIA ( NVDA ) graphic processing units.

NVDA shares were up more than 5% in recent trading.
