04:48 AM EDT, 05/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia ( NVDA ) said Sunday it launched NVLink Fusion, a new silicon that helps build semi-custom artificial intelligence infrastructure.

MediaTek, Marvell ( MRVL ) , Alchip Technologies, Astera Labs ( ALAB ) , Synopsys ( SNPS ) and Cadence (CDNS) are the initial adopters of the technology, Nvidia ( NVDA ) said.

Using NVLink Fusion, Fujitsu and Qualcomm Technologies (QCOM) central processing units can also be integrated with Nvidia ( NVDA ) graphics process units to build "high-performance Nvidia AI factories," the chipmaking giant said.
