08:17 AM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nvni Group ( NVNI ) said Wednesday that it has made "significant progress" toward closing its acquisition of a 51% controlling stake in the holding company that operates Beyondsoft's consulting and services business in the US, Brazil and Singapore.

The company said it expects the acquisition to create a platform with approximately $148 million in pro forma fiscal year 2025 revenue.

Shares of Nvni Group ( NVNI ) were up 6% pre-bell.
