08:54 AM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NWTN ( NWTN ) said Monday its stockholders have approved a proposal to change its name to Robo.ai (AIIO) as part of its rebranding strategy.

The company said its stock will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the new ticker symbol AIIO, from the previous symbol NWTN ( NWTN ), effective Tuesday.

Shares of the company were up more than 6% in recent premarket activity Monday.
