11:02 AM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NWTN ( NWTN ) said Wednesday that SEET will invest $100 million to acquire newly issued NWTN ( NWTN ) shares under their share purchase agreement.

The company said that SEET, a unit of United Arab Emirates investment institution Medad Holding, will become NWTN's ( NWTN ) largest single stockholder upon completion of the transaction.

NWTN ( NWTN ) added that it will collaborate with SEET and its affiliated companies on initiatives covering urban mobility, artificial intelligence, smart energy and blockchain technology.

Shares of NWTN ( NWTN ) were up 1.8% in recent trading Wednesday.
