04:37 PM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NWTN ( NWTN ) said late Friday it received a letter from Nasdaq saying that it is not in compliance with a listing rule because it hasn't yet filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the period ended Dec. 31.

The notification letter has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of its securities, the company said.

The stock exchange indicated that NWTN ( NWTN ) has until July 22 to file a plan to regain compliance, the company said.

NWTN ( NWTN ) said it's "continuing to work diligently to finalize and file the Form 20-F as soon as possible within the timeline prescribed by Nasdaq."
