06:29 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NWTN ( NWTN ) said Monday it has signed an agreement with Pakistan's JW Corporation, giving it exclusive access to an auto assembly plant in Lahore and a network of over 400 sales outlets across the country.

The company said the agreement supports its global strategy of "UAE Headquarters + South Asia Manufacturing + Global Sales."

The partnership will help NWTN ( NWTN ) produce and sell market-competitive multifunctional new energy commercial vehicles using JW's 563,000-square-foot facility and established distribution network, it added.

Shares of the company were up over 11% in Monday's premarket activity.
