05:48 PM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NWTN ( NWTN ) said in a filing late Wednesday that it requested an extended stay of a trading suspension effective May 30 until a Nasdaq panel hears its appeal and renders a decision on its listing.

The company received notice saying its securities are on course for delisting from Nasdaq because of its "failure" to file its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, it said late Wednesday.

The company is "committed to implementing an enhanced governance framework that delivers timely and accurate reporting." It is working "diligently" to file the 2024 annual report "as soon as practicable."
